back in the saddle

happy times: first day back on the bike after 8 days of sick

i woke up this morning feeling like i had clawed my way up from inside a cave fighting worms and beetles and gnats and underground moles and weird mud frogs to a new beginning. im sure this is a common feeling among lots of people. not abby normal of course.

so i got on my bike and i rode to work. such a simple thing. such a good thing.

some stuff to do this weekend:

i am sure brian will send out a reminder soon about the puzzler race saturday nite. and yellow bike is hosting an open house saturday during the day. i'm outta town this weekend. miss all the good stuff. so go and have fun.
